At Svdaa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund policy outlined below.

Cancellation before Shipment:

If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can request a cancellation via multiple channels such as the 'My Orders' section on our website, our Help Center, or by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours.

Cancellation after Shipment or Return:

In case you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched or if you're returning the product, we will process the refund after receiving and verifying the returned products at our warehouse. The refund process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned items.

Refund Process for Different Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking: For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you made a cash on delivery payment, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount to the billing details provided by you. This process is completed within 24-48 business hours after we receive the products back and receive your bank details via email. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds:

Indian Orders:

For orders within India, Svdaa offers an Easy Return Policy, allowing customers to request returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Partial returns are also accepted. Once we receive your return request and verify the returned products, we will initiate the refund process as per the guidelines mentioned above.

International Orders:

For international orders, returns are eligible only for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products. Customers must return the products in their original packaging, unused, and sealed. Once we receive and verify the returned products, we will replace or refund the invoiced value of the product. Additionally, any customs amount paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed in the form of a refund coupon.

Exclusions from Refund Policy:

Please note that certain conditions may exclude a product from our refund policy:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or overuse by the customer.
  • Returns made without the original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories.
  • Products with tampered serial numbers.
  • Defective products not covered under the seller’s or manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Return requests initiated after 15 business days from the order delivery date.
